发送消息

即时通讯提供消息发送接口，第三方系统可将消息发送到即时通讯客户端，以便即时处理。如OA系统中的审批信息等

消息发送提供三个接口

普通消息

消息可以送给人员ID、部门ID、群组ID、所有用户

普通消息(根据人员)

根据人员帐号发送消息,支持多人接收

特殊消息

如插件的红点提醒,红点的提示，取消提示，条数提示，可用于邮件的二次开发
